V8 Mid-size Baler

The V8 Hydraulic Baler is a mid-size industrial baling machine designed to help businesses compact cardboard, plastic and other recyclable materials into dense bales — saving space, reducing waste handling costs, and improving operational efficiency. Compacting up to 9 m³ of cardboard or 14 m³ of LDPE plastic into a single bale, this baler produces bales weighing up to 120–150 kg with a powerful 8-tonne compaction force. It features a fast 33-second cycle time, low-noise, low-power operation, and a footprint similar to a standard pallet, making it ideal for businesses with medium to high volumes of waste but limited floor space. The unit complies with EN 16500 safety standards and includes a PLC automatic cycle controller for easy, safe operation.
